Boiled Egg with Chilli Vinegar
RECIPE:
Free Range Boiled Egg
Organic Chilli Sauce (fresh the better)
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Pinch of Sea Salt or genuine Himalayan Salt
MEASUREMENT:
3 - 4 tablespoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
small size fresh chilli or use bought chilli sauce
pinch of sea salt
HOW TO EAT:
Eat whatever way you like. It can be weird for others (includes my hubby) but ideal for those like me! I must say, this is better taste than that much salty Aussie icon Vegemite. I live in Australia longer enough, but I never had the palette for so-called Aussie food icon, very salty for a start.
What's the connection of Vegemite to a boiled egg? I would rather have my boiled egg salty and to share with you that you can eat boiled egg with vinegar.
