Healthy Chocolate Fudge Recipe
No cooking mess required for authentic dark chocolate fudge yet enjoyable. Healthier in the sense that we are going to use non-genetically modified ingredients and back to organic food products available from the market. For those who got an allergy to peanuts, you may use other alternative or no need at all. Simple, easy steps and you will have a dark chocolate fudge and healthier for you in no time without guilty pleasure!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup organic coconut oil
3/4 cup to 1 cup 100% honey (Leatherwood Honey) - or any types of honey will do (not recommending processed sugar)
1/3 cup of organic Cocoa powder or organic cacao powder
2 tablespoon 100% peanut butter (optional) - you may use another alternative for peanut allergy people
1 tablespoon 100% peanut butter to create swirl design after mixing everything
foil and baking paper for a nonsticky finish under your tray before pouring in your mixture
PROCEDURE:
- Melt coconut oil in few seconds
- Stir coconut oil with honey, cocoa powder & peanut butter
- Pour into your desired pan or tray
- Swirl a spoonful of peanut butter with design if you want
- Freeze for one hour depending how thick and thin your fudge is
- And you got good fudge for a dessert (or a feast)! Melting in your mouth! Enjoy!
- Serves 8 people or more depending if one person can only eat one slice :-)
To be honest, one slice is sufficiently melting in your mouth for a day! For the sweeter tooth, you might finish off the whole lot in no time...!
