Upcycled Paint Chips Birthday Card

Upcycled paint chips for birthday card idea...from the bottom of my art :-) The idea is pretty much illustrated on the image itself. You can only create from in and out of your imagination and whatever you have at home lying around. I love drying plants when I can that I use to embellish on cards sometimes for a natural touch. If you cannot dry plants, you can use some potpourri plants that are flattened, and they still look beautiful. What are your paint chips ideas?
